Called for help and support to evict Ex! waited all day, they said they were busy, rang again, staff very rude and non sympathetic, called emergency services.. no one bothered coming at all.. waited till midnight then slept over at a friends! ex moved in and stayed at property.. police probably still chilling! not trustable!

Rang the police to tell them about some drugs that were scattered on a street where lots of children and pets live and they said they'd sort it straight away, hours and hours later they're still there with the possibility that small children will take them! What a joke 😡

Cells very basic and only allow one blanket per prisoner and did not offer ideal value for the £80.00 costs. I think next time i will try and get an en-suite as the waiting times to get to the bathroom are highly undesirable. The view was marred by the frosty glass and made further impossible due to bars darkening the view of the otherwise empty Carpark. Located in the local town center meant that it was less than a five minute walk to the main train stations and bus station. It was also ideally placed for the local nightlife. Breakfast was served promptly and to a satisfactory standard, although they did use instant coffee, and also the fast-track check out was a winner. Over all i would recommend a stay if your round about Burnley but first check all other accommodation as £80.00 is the top end of accommodation than the rest of the town center.
