Why oh why do they have a tracking service when what it says and what they do are two completely different things Should have received a parcel yesterday morning, before 10.30, it never turned up!! They sent an email late in the afternoon stating they had tried to deliver and will try again tomorrrow - I was in all afternoon, they just never came anywhere near. I received another message this morning saying it was out for delivery between 8.30 and 10.30 - surprise, surprise still no sign of the red van !! Wonder if I’ll get another text later with a tried to deliver notice. When I order anything online, I just know if Royal Mail are involved it will be such a poor service. They are just so bad at what they do !!
I supported them when they went on strike: more fool me! I hiked up to their depot to collect a parcel. It was lunch-time, but it was closed. Is it just me? Lunch-time is THE time when most people are free to collect their parcels. The Royal Mail management is incompetent. The only thing it can deliver is a sucker punch to the rest of us.
I went to collect a parcel. Opening times 8.30am till 6.30pm. When I had walked up the canal from sudden , the place was closed. New opening times were stuck to the glass doors. Only open now 8am til 10am and then 4pm til 6pm I was bloody annoyed and not the weather to be out all day till 4pm to go back
Terrible opening hours during the week not ideal for most people. Helpful staff though. Maybe you could look into better hours for me.
Old male at the desk needs to be put on other duties. Took 1 hour to be served. Management need to do something or I will be contacting head office
why such stupid opening times really? people are busy and cant be messing about, by the time you get there and form the mass of queues in the overfilled parking it closes again.
Royal mail are so NOT customer focused, Ainsworth Street Depot is open at such inconvenient times now it's just not considerate for people who work and don't work in the area to get back to collect a parcel, the car park is always full, the staff are nice but it won't be long before this depot is closed permanantly to the public! The company is not run properly as a competitive business should be and they should be beating the competition hands down or I'm afraid it won't last long. MUST TRY HARDER ROYAL MAIL
Not been having the best experience as every time I’m waiting for a delivery it never gets delivered on time and if I’m not home don’t make an effort to reach out.
The opening times displayed online vary magnificently from reality. This pages states it’s open currently which it is not to the public. 8-10am then 4-6pm seems to be the norm Please get the times of business displayed correctly for us so we don’t have wasted journeys.
