Good location for city centre and beach. Nice pool/spa/gym. Rooms are a bit tired looking. Did get moved as first room was very poor however second room much better. Strange rust coloured water and labyrinthine like layout (lots of guests looking lost) but gardens lovely. Bed comfy. Bar area spacious. Great for weekend break.

Nice old hotel. Lovely breakfast. Good service.
Budget room just too budget for my liking. It was essentially an old basement room below ground level, obviously never intended to be a bedroom, no air-conditioning and windows couldn't be opened!

Quite nice. You need to get lucky with your room though.

From my experience all the rooms are different. We stayed in a suite room and it was bigger than my house.   
The beds were really really really uncomfortable so I ended up sleeping on the sofa. I'd rather sleep on a rock. The floor was creaky and uneven however the entire place gave off a very cozy atmosphere. The location is stellar with it being directly next to the sea. The spa was really really nice and would go to the spa again. It was rather nice however the few negatives outweigh the many positives

We went to the spa for the day. It was nice, didn't have the most things to do but good enough for the price. The staff were excellent, attentive and helpful when needed but never in the way. The changing rooms could do with an update in certain areas but they're adequate. Overall we had a great day out.

Very clean and tidy. Excellent service from all staff. Food was very nice. Didn't use the rooms. Main bad point was lack of air conditioning.
