Beauty Essence offers a full range of quality, relaxing beauty treatments for everyone including massages, facials, nail treatments, waxing, make-up, eye lash tinting, eye lash extensions, and tanning. Combined with my knowledge and advice provide you with optimum benefits using the latest Skincare and Cosmetic Range 'Tropic'. Tropic is a product that is 100% Natural and free from preservatives and any harsh chemicals. Its Vegan and free from animal testing and all products suit all skin types. BEAUTY ESSENCE SALON

1. Payments / Refunds

1.1 Customers may be required to pay a deposit. Deposits shall be equal up to 100 % of the price of the treatment required. 1.2 The Salon cannot make any guarantee of a particular date and/or time for a treatment until an appointment is booked. Under no circumstances will time be reserved for any Customer without an appointment. 1.3 If a Customer knows they are going to be late for an appointment, they should contact the Salon informing us of the same. Arriving later than 20 minutes after an appointment time may result in the appointment being treated as cancelled without notice and thus subject to sub-Clause 1.4 below. 1.5 Appointments may be cancelled without charge provided the Customer gives at least 48 hours’ notice to the Salon and group bookings need to provide at least 7 days notice. In the event of such cancellation, any sums paid in advance including, but not limited to a deposit, shall be refunded to the Customer. 1.6 Failure to provide the required minimum notice set out in sub-Clause 1.7 may result in the customer being charged up to 100% of the full price of their appointment. In the event of late cancellation, no sums paid in advance shall be refunded. 1.8 Arriving late for a treatment will usually result in a reduction of treatment period to ensure following clients treated at their appointment times. There will be no reduction in price for this.

2. Appointments

All treatments offered by the Salon are available by appointment only unless during the Salon’s opening hours of Wednesday – 9am –6pm , Thursday 10am – 9pm, Friday 10am- 9pm, Saturday – 10am – 9pm, Sunday 9am- 11am. Appointments may be booked by Customers in person, via phone, via email or through an enquiry through our website at – www.beautyessencebournemouth.co.uk.
