When we arrived the intital look of the hotel seemed good. Venturing down to the spa and pool area however we found it to be worn, unkept and rather dirty! This impression continued into the bar which was also filthy and instead of being greeted with a smile from the attendant when we ordered a drink we were grunted at and glared at. Needless to say we will not be returning!
