We are a new family run Bed & Breakfast just outside Sheffield and been open now for just over 4 years.
We offer 6 ensuite rooms which are modern and clean. 2 of these are family rooms sleeping up to 4 or 5 persons.

The people who run this place are wonderful and joyous in their approach to running their b&b. Breakfast is delicious and there is plenty of cereals available to chose from. The rooms are spacious and clean however the WiFi is less desirable. Downstairs, a common room is offered with sofas and armchairs and the two resident dogs often are found there. Overall it's a great b&b the only downside is the slow WiFi and firm beds (but that's subjective)

This is a brilliant place for b&b, the accommodation is spotless and modern. The breakfasts are really great with lots of choices for every need. The managers are really friendly and look out for your every need. I would highly recommend this delightful place to everyone!

Exceptional hosts. Breakfast was spot on and a good potion size. Bed was lovely and had an amazing night's sleep. Whole place is spotless and obviously very well looked after. Will most definitely be staying again.

We stayed in Rother Valley B&B just over a year ago. John and Pat were extremely friendly and welcoming. The rooms and beds were large and very cosy, and the breakfasts were brilliant. Or son absolutely loved their dogs. Would definitely recommend this place. The best in the area!!
