Great place for weddings, lovely food

Very friendly host, room was clean and cozy. Slept easily. No bar or restaurant or anything but cheap.

I spent a single night on the 21st of Sept., 2015, for 79 UKPs room only. All fine, except in the morning, we found the shower dribbled: combination of very low water pressure plus a very dirty nozzle. I complained on check-out, only to be told 'thank you', whereas I expected an offer of free breakfast, say. The hotel manager shares the same email as reception (!?) and four attempts to complain didn't even receive an acknowledgement. Lastly, beware: this hotel is not part of Great Western, despite the signage.

Dreadful. Hardly any other guests - kitchen closed due to no power - charged for a breakfast they had no intention or means to deliver (still waiting for my £13.99 back) Down trodden with a nasty vibe - don't stay at this place!! Not a Best Western - I only booked because I thought it was - this is called 'passing off' beware of this place.
