Great place to stay. Right in the center of Leeds. Easy and quick access to markets. Helpful and great staff. Always greets you with smile. Daily room service. Free breakfast and free coffee anytime. Would really recommend.
Having Long Term Stay here Pros: Great Location, Good Price, Good Cleaning Service, Nice Staff and Manager. Cons: Poor Mattress, had severe back pain and sleepless nights for 20 days despite multiple complaints, should have actioned within 1-2 days. Breakfast advertised items are not available most of the days.
Lovely night staff, day staff not friendly at all and in one case I was here for two nights didn’t acknowledge me at all. Night staff very friendly. The apartment I stayed in was much less modern than other Roomzz locations like Newcastle or Nottingham. The hot plate was an old electric one, the microwave had all the instructions wiped due to age and no instruction panel to help you. There was no TV remote. The suites need upgrading. The fridge barely worked. I didn’t need those facilities though and the Wi-Fi was good for work meetings, the shower was great. Bed comfy. I would totally book with Roomzz again but would be careful about location.
What a fabulous place to stay, we booked the Grand Studio and it didn't disappoint. Contemporary apartment, with lounge, dinning area and fully equipment kitchen. Beds are so comfy and showers hot with nice toiletries and thick soft towels. Perfect location for train station and city centre bars and shops. The apartment was immaculate. Staff are so lovely and friendly. Continental breakfast pastries were delicious. Would definitely stay here again
Great central location. Had an apartment on top floor with a balcony. Nice to have a bit of outdoor space. Was difficult to control temperature of the room though. The heating system didn't cool the room down enough so had to open doors onto balcony. Would stay again though.
Had quite low expectations but far better than we had thought. Superb location right in the centre of Leeds and handily opposite the North City Tap room. Clean, spacious and well staffed. The equipment within the apartments was pretty good, as was the cleanliness of the kitchen utensils and crockery. Good shower/bathroom. Comfortable bed and pretty quiet throughout the building. Only negative was a couple of problems with a broken hairdryer and struggling to find a replacement. The staff told us on arrival there were contractors in working on some rooms which was also noticeable at certain times of the day.
The reception staff are lovely and engaging, the complimentary grab and go breakfast was also a great option with freshly ground coffee and an array of baked goods and fruit. The room is spacious with a huge bed and lovely and warm. Decor is very tired and worn but cleaner than some higher priced hotels I’ve used. Little kitchenette was useful but I only used the toaster. Location is close to the town centre but far enough away to not be disturbed by the nightlife. GF friendly with a complimentary afternoon tea on our arrival being a lovely touch. I’d definitely use again.
Just unbelievable from start to finish. Greeted by the loveliest lady upon check in, I should have taken her name dark hair very pretty she was so nice! I had booked a small studio room as a treat for myself and a friend and ended up with a lovely room with a balcony! The view as you can see is so pretty! The room was nice and clean, the facilities in the room absolutely perfect! The bed was super comfy, we didn’t want to leave! I ended up getting a late check out short notice but they were happy to accommodate. Definitely coming back again! Amazing experience :
This place has everything you'd need for 1 night or a week staff were helpful Rooms: Everything except the bunk beds were lovely. Just think they need updating Walkability: Close to most things you'd need or want to do
Great location and easy parking in Leeds city centre park at the QPark just a few doors away and get the 30% discount ticket from reception. Nice big rooms with big double bed, kitchenette and clean bathroom. Slightly marked around the room walls but nothing that would detract from a good stay. Nice comfy bed with fresh crisp clean linens. Simple continental of croissants and Danish pastries available in reception. Staff pleasant and helpful. A very good stay.
