ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Best food I’ve had in a long time. The Roast beef is to die for and the deserts are faultless. The Staff are extremely friendly, service was great. I was speechless after the first bite I took. STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
Quite disappointed. 1 Mix up in the kitchen with a simple two burger order meant it took over 45 mins for the food to arrive. Then when it did arrive, another mix up and they got me the wrong burger. Had to send it back and wait another 10 mins for the second burger. 2 Food itself was okay, burgers were extremely salty. Way over the limit. 3 Seating area was quite dirty and everything just felt so unclean. Can't imagine how filthy the kitchen must be like. Not recommended at all.
This diner had multiple posters inside and outside advertising smoothies, I went in and honestly that was the start of my disgust. It was murky, unclean, and uncomfortable. Ignoring that I went to the till where a grumpy old man, who was frantically banging around the diner serving people aggressively, told me to wait a minute. I asked him for the smoothies and he said he didn't sell them he only sold milkshakes. I said fine and brought a strawberry milkshake. He got out 3 strawberries from the fridge and didn't wash them, but put them on a dirty chopping board covered with chocolate sprinkles and other things that for all he knew, I could be allergic to. He cut them and then left them out in the open as he went to serve another guest. He then picked up a dirty blender from a sink filled with dirty dishes, hardly rinsedq it as there were still so many bits of previous drinks that had been blended in there and dropped in the 3 strawberries and ice cream and milk. I felt uncomfortable watching the mixture go a very very off pink colour as he blended it for nowhere near long enough, in this dirty blender. I gave him my money and left and immediately threw it away as when he started pouring it in my cup it was lumpy and just looked disgusting. There was no way I was putting that in my system especially because of how unclean the blender was. The old man needs to fix his sanitation, manners, and attitude because I've never entered somewhere so unsatisfactory and uncomfortable
First of all, there was no waiter to give us a table. Had to wait 10 minutes, we got our seats. Ordered the breakfast burger beef, with cheese, mushroom, turkey rashes and an egg on top. The beef was disgusting! No flavour at all! It was so bland and made me feel sick. The only nice thing was the actual bun, with the turkey rash and cheese. PLEASE DONT ORDER ANY OF THEIR BEEF DISHES! BLAND AND CHEWY! I will not be coming back here.
Basic needs of tap water wasn't met? The basic requirement for any restaurant/diner should be free tap water!!! The way the food is described in the menu isn't like that when its served, the bun is hard, the cheese is just a slice of processed cheese, jalepenos tasted old, tortilla chips were off, the sour cream was what? A drop of white sauce?!!!! There was absolutely nothing special about the place?! I could have made better at home!! I came for a rock 66 American diner experience!! The card machine wasn't working??? And they were funny about giving us receipts????? Which we have a right to!!! I expected much more.
Love the Cajun chicken burgers! Very delicious! Definitely a great place to eat at. The staff are very friendly and the milkshakes are just to die for!
Well I ordered my food at Rock 66 & I waited 1 hour, the moment I walked in & got served, he told me 5 minutes, I waited half an hour & I asked him how long & again he said 5 minutes & I waited another half an hour & then I was late for work, he could have been honest & said it's going to be 1 hour instead of jerking me off with 5 minutes... & I would have gone & done something else while waiting instead of wasting my time, or I would have gone & come back later, either they were doing the food fresh but that shouldn't take 1 hour or maybe they were short staff, well he should have said, well because of all that they lost me as a customer.
Very nice food, place can do with a deep clean. Service is a bit slow but the food is always spot on. Highly recommend chicken nachos...
Placed an order online with them via just eat!! Had a wait of 2hrs and had to cancel the order!! The service is unprofessional and poor! The staff member had the gut to be sacarstic and rude. Even after cancelling the order, the driver still turned up 2 hours later to deliver the food!! Something isn't right with this place... They take the customers for granted and I will not order from them again!!
