Barrier patrol ticket checkers are very rude especially if you buy a monthly pass which stops working in the machines after 2 bloody days. In the morning especially when i am trying to get to work on time very annoying as i feel like it is a burden for them to let me through and interrupt their conversation. Suggestion : why not have plastic re usable cards which can be topped up instead??

doors are always broken and alot of leaks when walking into the station, new ticket barriers cause delays to get in and out of the station and its abit of a waste of time as someone can just say 'i'm paying cash' and they will let you through the barriers.

The ticket checkers are very rude and unprofessional. They are no help, and they have no manners in how to help or talk to a traveller. Their posture is almost like they are chilling and not working. Would not recommend this service. Horrible first experience 👎
