The gentleman on the information desk near the trams was fantastic last night as we had missed the last train to get home and he went out of his way to find us a train to get as close as we could.  Very helpful and friendly my sister and I really appreciated his help.

Thanks for pointing that out , I’m sure it’s an ordeal for you to have to see that, they should go be homeless cold n hungry somewhere else ! I’m sure they only go there to annoy people like you. How inconsiderate

Was told by a ticket person that I had more money than brains, for handing him a 20. Staff could use some manners as it was all I had. Trains are usually late, nice station, poor service.

Recently been renovated, large open spaces to allow more passengers inside without it feeling cramped. Staff are helpful as always.
