The person who was working the office today was extremely rude ,, all I wanted to do was ask a question regarding a train and he refused speak shook his head and said in finished closed I said only need to ask a question and he said no , consequently after I had gone down the stairs and asked a passenger I had to come back out ,, I'm registered disabled ,, shocking service,, What makes it worse I had just had to walk 🚶 from moorside station as the person in that office was just as bad and as rude

Dirty. Full of pigeons andb you see the occasional rat on the track. Had a refresh on the station. Made little difference
