Exceptional customer service was what brought us to this VW garage in Norwich (from Cambridge), we didn't regret it a single bit. We were picked up from the train station and given the best deal you can imagine on a new car. What a beautiful car it is too!

Very busy, so a successful garage. Myself i was looking to buy a new golf type R auto with leather but only 2 salesman who where busy paper shuffling, i looked around for approx 15 minutes but no one asked me if i required any assistance, probably because i was only wearing a parker and jeans and having walked from the city in rain i probably looked like a homeless person looking for a bed? 😂 new golf looks awesome.

Brilliant service - efficient diagnosis and rectification of a fault all under warranty. Great finishing touches such as the complimentary wash and vac, and the lift to/from the garage (in my case to/from work) very convenient and saved a 30 minute walk each way. Friendly team and great service - would recommend!

Took my care in for its MOT .excellent service as usual. Washed and hovered my car FOC. Wanted some advise about up grading my car and they were so helpful not pushy at all and gave me a Lot of advise.

Great showroom and knowledgeable sales team. Matt as Motability Salesperson obviously knows the scheme very well and leaves one confident that their forthcoming purchase will proceed smoothly and timely.
