Thoroughly recommended for responding to owners of older Mercedes. My 2006 C Class needed major engine repair and I received the most impressive care and attention I could have expected had I bought a new car. They did everything to keep the price down, even referring to Mercedes to confirm no additional work was necessary. Luke Rymil, Service Manager was exceptional , keeping in touch all the way through with updates which was very reassuring, and the Technician, Tony Clarke went through it all with me as to what had been done. Lovely attention and service all round. Car beautiful to drive now. Mercedes Norwich will look after you brilliantly. Chris Postle Norwich

Booked my car in for a recall and was told while it was in the workshop they would check for and update if needed the system software of the car and also to look at a leak I had on the turbo inlet. Turned up at the booking time and day to find out it wasn't booked in after driving 60 mile round trip, after a 15 minute wait they did get my car looked at and the recall sorted. When I got the keys back I asked if they did perform any updates or could see the oil leak and quote for the seal, where the man just abruptly said 'we don't do updates or check anything else on a recall' I tried to explain that his colleague told me they'd check for updates and asked if I had anything else I wanted checking over, I was told 'if you want an update that's £99 + vat, when do you want to come back'. Really unprofessional and communication is poor. If you're not buying a car they're just not interested. I'll not be using them again for future services.

Good selection of cars well presented. The sales staff are very friendly, non pushy and exceptionally knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

Service at its very best. On Friday 1st December I travelled up to Norwich from Kent to pick up my elderly and fragile mother to take her back down to Kent. Just as I was approaching Norwich a warning light came on and I drove straight to Mercedes of Norwich. There I met a Service Team Manager, Luke Rymill. I explained my predicament. Despite it being 0930 and thus a busy time for them starting the day, Luke immediately arranged for my car, the new E class, to be looked at whilst I had a coffee. Luke then informed me that the problem could be resolved but would take some time. He arranged for a taxi, paid for by Mercedes, to take me to my mothers house and then for a hire car so that I could return to Kent. Later that evening Luke contacted me to check we had arrived safely and to update me on my car. Luke then kept me updated until a low-loader delivered my car to my house in Kent. Service at its very best and why I have had Mercedes for years. Thank you Luke and Mercedes. Kind regards Peter Foley.
