Booked into Norwich for an annual service 8.30am for service whilst I wait. Confirmed approx time of completion. 1.5 to 2 hours. At 10.40 I asked for an update on finish time. The car still was in service and still needed oil and road check. Car handed back at 11.10. No complimentary clean this time! Missed appointments. Car clearly was not started at 8.30. Not satisfactory at all.

One of the very best main car dealers you could ever find. I have absolutely no reason not to recommend them without reservation. Not cheap but proven competant friednly helpful and honest for sercie and spares. My thanks again to all the staff there.
