As a family, we have bought three cars from Richard Nash in Rouen Road Norwich over the years. In every case the experience was first class in every way, without exception. The showroom is at least comparable to main dealers for new cars and in some cases much better. The cars are beautifully presented and of very high quality. What also stands out, is the customer service. Attentive and caring, never pushy - they do exactly what’s needs to meet customer needs. And their eye for detail is phenomenal. I am delighted with my most recent purchase and cannot applaud them enough. Eamonn has always looked after us and always goes out of his way to ensure a great experience. I recommend them most highly. MW Feb 2018.

Had an excellent experience buying a car from Richard Nash on Rouen Rd, Norwich. I was taken care of by Eamonn. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He also wasn't at all pushy, which I loved. He answered all my questions, took time to show me the car and took a test drive. As it wasn't a new car, I bought an extended warranty to add another couple of years on to the free year's warranty. I think the 3 year warranty was a good purchase as well as the car I bought. I would thoroughly recommend Richard Nash if you're looking for a car and want a good service.

Having read good reviews (albeit on their own website - go figure!) I was disappointed by the frosty reception by an older salesman at the city centre showroom this morning. Having also read the other honest (ie. not faked or cherrypicked) review above - alluding to the true standard of their 'aftercare' - I'm glad to be talking my business elsewhere.
