I sold and bought a Fabia. The sale was dealt with by Jack Lawrence. He helped me through the process calmly which is what I needed. He explained things patiently and logically. It was a slightly more complicated transaction than some as it was a trade in to another family member.. But Jack just got on with it all brilliantly and at every stage made sure I was understanding it all.. Thank you Jack. If there were 6 stars you would get them!..
Sent reminder and easy to book an appointment on line. Inspection conducted on time followed by clear and comprehensive written report and video. Excellent client relationship management. Could not ask for more. Highly recommended.
I have owned several cars from many manufacturers since I learned to drive. From Fords and Fiats to Volkswagens and Vauxhalls. However since I have owned a Skoda 4 years now and had my car serviced by Skoda Norwich - Wingate Way I can honestly say that the service I have received in maintaining the vehicle here is the best I have ever experienced. No passive aggressiveness we cannot find a fault today sir, attentiveness and extremely high levels of customer service and attention. The showroom and environment is 1st class and my vehicle is always looked after and cleaned!. Any other car dealer would do well to model themselves on them.
Not a good experience this time round. Firstly confusion over the service that my car needed relative to the service plan sold to me by Skoda UK. Then a phone call to warn me of extra charges that over the course of the call amounted to £0, perhaps best to gather this info before making the call? Next after being told that the car would not be back with us same day as agreed it turned out that the collection driver had left a vehicle on our drive that was blocking access to our EV charger preventing charging of our other, now only, vehicle. This was no one person's fault but casually dismissed since we had enough charge to get to work the next morning. Finally we received repeated demands for payment in advance of the vehicle's return which I was surprised by since it is always good to see evidence of work before being asked to pay. Perhaps Kings Lynn Skoda for me next time.. addendum 9.6.22 Since there is no way to reply to a response I will put this here. Yes, please pass this issue to your aftersales manager. Can I suggest that before they contact me they might want to find out why the voicemail left for me yesterday compared my not paying the bill before my car was returned to walking out of a supermarket without paying for my shopping. Accusing your customers of being shoplifters is not a good look.
Really helpful, quick to be served, and friendly
Jamie was very polite, friendly and helpful. She clearly explained what work was being done and any costs behind it. When the work was completed, she then checked I was happy with everything. Excellent service.
Recently traded in a car and upgraded for another. All staff made the change of car easy, explained all options clearly and made sure to get the best deal possible. Highly recommend and happy to have bought my car with them ready for our expanding family.
Before I took in the car I asked for the nearside daylight running bulb to be replaced. When I got home I found the light did not work even though I’d been given the MOT certificate.
On arrival the hire car at zero miles fuel within in.The 2017 sat nav on yeti was not working in parts. Told it was 1600 to replace. No attempt at a repair. Tyres quotes at 203 each. So if your car is not in warranty find a good local garage and save yourself hassle and money
Intermittent fault again. Diagnosis. No fault found. AGAIN. Reprogrammed. AGAIN. Test drive carried out. Unable to reproduce fault. Mileage in and mileage out exactly the same. Test drive appears to be from the workshop to the car park. Not good enough. We've had this before and had to leave the vehicle to make them sort the problems. Why don't Skoda carry out proper, in depth testing instead of relying on software diagnostics. When my warranty expires I will NOT be using Skoda services again. Given one stars as I can't give zero or minus. Why can't I give a zero rating for poor service ??
