Booked an appointment for a recall on sparks plugs. The initial date was in the second half of the month as that was the first Saturday they could fit me in. One morning the car wouldn’t start and took me 5 minutes to get it started. I called Mitsubishi on the spot and asked for the appointment to be brought forward. Was given a date and time the following week so I took half a day holiday to make the appointment. I arrive that morning to find out my updated appointment wasn’t in the system. They say they can manage to fit me. After 20 minutes wait they come back and say they are missing the parts needed and that I have to come back. They did apologize which I appreciate but that doesn’t give me back my last half day holiday until May. I now need to return on the initial appointment date.

Went to pick a Mitsubishi car up I'd bought it had supposedly been officially mitsubishi " pre checked " over within their criteria....the engine oil was dangerously over full & the wiper blades were knackered,the interior valet was shockingly bad,windscreen smeary,dust / bits left all over the rear parcel shelf & back seats....apart from this all was Good,where is the quality control at these places these days 🤔
