Really not happy. Went with daughter who purchased her first car here, and less than two months later it wasn't working. To cut a long story short they had a look at it said nothing was wrong it was a great little car, but when she asked if she could part exchange for another if the problem happened again she was told no! So if you are female and want to be made to feel inferior, want to spend £1400 on a car that feels unsafe to drive when it does eventually work, then go to 'Roys' Not!!!!!!

Extremely poor - went to buy a car (not just look at, cash in pocket), got ignored. Bloke who walked in was attended to straight away. No attempts to put the situation right, salesman and boss were not interested. Definitely not how they used to do business.
