I ordered this pretty moonstone pendant necklace with a snake chain and I was over the moon with it, the pendant is beautiful and so helpful regarding a different length chain thank very much.
My fav jewellery store in brum for sure - they have unique designs, a peaceful atmosphere, and lovely customer service. I personally love silver a lot, n here u can find so many different silver accessories and vintage stuff!! Also the staff are absolutely professional and friendly - always give great recommendations and even told me which shop to go in jewellery quarter : a big THANKS from a loyal customer x
Amazing shop! Stunning gifts for anyone, really good variety and the shop is beautifully presented. All staff I have dealt with are brilliant - all very knowledgeable and friendly. You can tell it's a close knit family run business, as it's a very personal customer service. Highly recommend!
We have been shopping here for years, for very good reason, always great service, and such a selection of items. Recently bought a brilliant, very different necklace and a silver ring with a huge, beautiful moonstone. Also got a variety of cards, some very stylish, some really funny but that's the thing, there's always something special here and the staff go out of their way to be helpful. Go on, spoil yourself!!
The owners went above and beyond to help me replace a much treasured lost piece of jewellery, today. Whenever I'm in Birmingham, I always visit. Even more so, now. Cannot promote enough! Beautiful gifts at incredibly reasonable and realistic prices.
I have shopped at Smithsonia since the late 90s - even though we have plenty of silver jewellers in Birmingham, I've never found anywhere as special as Smithsonia. Every piece of jewellery I have bought has been timeless - I still wear them and each piece looks as though it was bought yesterday. Their selection is stunning, as is the craftsmanship of the beautiful jewellery they sell. I really feel that I'm purchasing a work of art, and investing in something which will last for years. This being considered, their prices are very reasonable. I recently purchased some jewellery online, and even in these times the service was second to none. The jewellery was even more stunning than shown in the online images. Thank you so much Smithsonia. I'll be returning soon!
What a fantastic shop this! So many beautiful gifts , and things you really cant live without ! One stop shop for presents and lovely cards, and treating yourself. Really helpful staff , nothing too much trouble , and thank you to Amanda my personal shopper who has helped me several times for those special wife presents! Thank you for going the extra mile!
I came into this shop, after dropping my daughter off with friends on a Saturday , it was only just after five, way before their closing time and the staff were so rude, I just wanted to browse on my way for coffee, one of them kept looking at me and asked me repeatedly in a very cross manner that if I wanted to see something in the cabinet I had better hurry as they were closing soon, I felt so intimidated I just walked out. Really bad customer service. I don't often shop in town and this attitude has really put me off.
Lovely window display
Love this treasure of shop tucked away in the Piccadilly Arcade. Tasteful stock beautifully displayed. Well worth a visit for cards, jewellery and gifts or for own home "bits & pieces"
