Really great customer experience. Was a tad disappointed with a neighbouring business and chose this shop based on a referral. The shop is ultra clean and tastefully presented, and the staff are amazing - courteous, highly knowledgeable of their products and extremely well presented. I had an old engagement ring of my mothers fixed up and cleaned, needed a new band, new stones - a lot of work. They put my mind at ease with their explanation of what they needed to do give  me faith in their abilities- and wow.. ring was fixed and looking seriously good within DAYS. Amazing.  A previous place, where i had another ring worked on, took a MONTH to do the work, and even then that followed me contacting/badgering them a few times.... and when the work was done.. I wasn't hugely impressed.. Hence I looked around for somewhere else for future work. I'm so relieved I found Top Jewellery - they did an amazing job, and won't hesitate to recommend and use their services again.

Fantastic customer service. They were able to make an Opal and Diamond engagement ring as well as then adjust the size in post to match my partner. We will be returning in the future for our wedding bands.

Got our wedding rings today which had to be resized and left my engagement ring to be cleaned free of charge... it actually looks like a brand new different ring. Im so happy with the result and the service.

Ordered online in lockdown and small issue with clasp and didn’t fit my wife’s pendant. Contacted Top jewellery and they were great, very helpful, and allowed us to wait until lockdown measures allowed us to visit shop. We found an alternative necklaces in the shop, which was great. Would recommend and use them again.
