What a fabulous place with fabulous staff. Went with my future son in-law Chris, to have an engagement ring made. This was a ring that was my daughters late father's ring, who sadly passed away some years ago. We took the ring to show them and see what could be done. Greg could not have been more helpful or patient, nothing was too much trouble. Chris made the decision on what he wanted. They used the gold off the old ring and 2 of the diamonds and a diamond Chris decided to choose added. The result was amazing, both Chris and myself were emotional when we first looked at the ring. We cannot thank you enough. I am sure when my daughter sees the ring she too will be emotional and say yes to the proposal. We have the remaining gold and diamonds and I know we will be back for another ring to be made, hopefully the wedding ring. Thank you so much from both Chris and myself, to all of you, you have done an amazing job. That's to all staff. Thank you.
We cannot express our enormous thanks enough to Joe and all of the Elements Team. From our first meeting, to our last we had a few, they truly exceeded our expectations. My engagement ring was remodelled from my late mothers diamond engagement ring, a diamond solitaire of my fiancé late grandmother, into our own unique design. There is such an emotional attachment behind it and it is so very precious. Joe was amazing. He guided us, advised us and exceeded all of our expectations. He made my wedding band too. My fiancé had an idea of what he was hoping for and between he and Joe, he got his dream wedding band made just the way he wanted it to be. We have already recommended this wonderful talented team to a few of our friends. We have completed the search for anyone wanting that special piece of jewellery. Thank you Element Bespoke Jewellery, we are now wedding ready for June.
My partner and I bought our wedding bands from Element and we are so happy we did! They really have done a fantastic job with both rings, especially my bespoke ring and offered competitive prices. The team were professional throughout and so clearly passionate about their work.
I’ve used Element many times - for resizing an engagement ring, making our wedding bands, removing scratches from a watch strap, bespoke earrings, napkin ring engraving…the list goes on. Always delighted with the final result, delivered in a timely manner at a good price with excellent customer service. Highly recommend and I have personally taken many friends here who have also all been very happy.
Have the absolute pleasure of buying an engagement ring from here. My husband had my engagement ring made bespoke a couple of years ago and element did a beautiful job with it, it comes with a lifetime guarantee which i have recently had to use and again element have been great with the repair and I have got my ring back good as new! Staff are always super helpful and friendly whenever we go in.
