Myself and my wife cannot recommend Crystalink enough. Chris and Debbie are lovely people who put thought and effort into helping us choose our wedding rings. My wife’s ring matches her antique engagement ring perfectly. They polished our rings for us before our ceremony and we will be going back to them for any future items we would like - be that custom made or otherwise. Thank you both.
Purchased an engagement ring after searching high and low in the jewellery quarter for the right ring. The staff are so helpful and can Chris can do a custom made price which is an absolute unique piece. We went back for the wedding bands and again everyone was amazing and the pieces were stunning, Thanks to both Debbies, Sophie and Chris for all your help over the last year. We love all our rings and would recommend crystal link to everyone.

I can highly recommend Crystalink to anyone thinking about purchasing an engagement ring during lockdown virtually. It all started with an email to Chris explaining roughly what I was looking for in an engagement ring, Chris shared some details and set up a virtual appointment using Zoom. It was fantastic to have a 1-2-1 45 minute session where Chris took me through all there was to know and understand about diamonds and engagement rings. He explained the 4 C’s and what these meant, explaining how they translate to the naked eye and impact on the cost/ value of the ring. Chris had selected 3 rings based on the detail in my email and they were all suburb choices. It was an easy decision to make as Chris had got it completely right in the very first ring he showed me, understanding exactly what I was looking for he selected the most beautiful ring that was better than I could have imagined. Chris was very reassuring about the process, clear in the next steps and gave me time to make a decision that was best for me. I decided to purchase the ring, payment was taken over the phone, the item including ring, box, bag, valuation certificate, insurance details, guarantee was all boxed up and securely packaged in non-branding packaging and sent via Royal Mail, recorded special delivery with insurance. It was sent as promised and arrive the very next day, exactly as expected and explain by Chris. It was perfect and a seamless transaction. I can’t wait to bring my Fiancé to meet Chris and his wife when lockdown restrictions lift, especially as Chris provides a lifetime cleaning service. The lockdown proposal Saturday 6th Feb 2021 was a huge success, she said yes! The most important part was supported greatly by this fantastic business and I’m very thankful for all their help!
Thank you Crystalink from the bottom of our hearts for creating a dream engagement ring which is truly a stunner! Having been recommended Crystalink by family who used them over 10 years ago now, we travelled from home in Nottingham to visit them in Birmingham, only expecting to have a look and get some ideas.. However as soon as we walked in and experienced the service offered by Debbie and Chris, we knew we were in good hands. They both went above and beyond to educate us on the 4 C’s of Diamonds, and helped us to spec our a ring that fitted our budget. There was never a feeling that we were being pushed to spend more, by having a bigger or better quality diamond which can increase the price considerably depending on how much up the scale you go. We were given honest advice about what would suit my fiancés finger, and we were so happy and comfortable that we made the purchase there and then! The ring itself is handmade by the owner, Chris, and we have to say the workmanship is exquisite! For the same level of quality and high standard you would pay a lot lot more on the high street! Please give this place a try, and I promise you won’t regret it!

What can I say.. the customer service here is second to none! You needn’t go anywhere else. 5star review and truly deserved, from the ring to the most incredible hand written valuation document. Engagement ring commissioned and made to exact requirements. Diamond sourced to exact requirements on the spot. Plenty of friendly advice and recommendations along the way. Had no end of compliments on the ring and of course she said yes!
I visited crystalink in the jewellery quarter after reading it was well rated and a family run business. It was meant to be as they had my perfect engagement ring in the shop which we purchased. The service and after care from crystalink has been second to none. The team are very happy to help with anything you need. We came back to purchase our wedding bands which were made for us and posted to our home address as we don’t live locally. Their prices are highly competitive and the quality of the jewellery is very very good. I will be returning when I plan on purchasing more diamonds!
Fabulous experience today. I was fixed on what I wanted and Debbie showed us exactly what I was asking for but having just started the search we didn't want to say yes straight away. After hours of going into other shops I didn't get the 'feel' we got from Crystalink or Debbie. Glad to say we returned and purchased the best ring ever. I would definiately recommend going in, FIRST CLASS
