Ok this practise is wonderful,  I called up last week after having a severe tooth ache and asked if they'll do emergency appointments (which they don't)  however after explaining to them I haven't seen a dentist in 16 years I asked if they could do anything.  The receptionist said I can register and be seen the same day,  Brilliant!!  I felt the receptionist was very helpful and welcoming.  I was so nervous but my dentist (the older chap with white hair and the accent)  was calming and relaxed when I explained the whole situation.  I had to have a tooth out and a filling.   Which was done a week later,  the procedure was almost painless and was completed in less than 30 minutes.  When I was in a little discomfort during the procedure my dentist sorted me out straight away and continued.  Within a few minutes I had the filling done and the tooth out.  Even the dental nurse was brilliant very calming and made me feel at ease.  I will now look after my teeth better and even now as I type this (the day of the procedure) I have no pain or discomfort.  I find Fitzalan Dental very caring towards its patients,  professional and highly trained.  I am so please with my treatment and happy with the aftercare.
