The Surgery and the lovely Dentists / Hygienists are awesome!! Thank you for looking after the children so well. To have the same energy though out the surgery would elevate it an outstanding and welcoming environment. Don’t get me wrong and I appreciate reception is the toughest area to work with the foot fall but A smile goes a long way in a Dentists. Keep up the excellent work you guys have done through a really really tough and torrid time. We really appreciate you, although the kids don’t show it!!!!
Nothing but praise for East Street Dental Surgery, treatment very good and the staff are very friendly and always helpful. I recently needed an appointment quite urgently and I was given a date very quickly. Five stars from me.
It is a very friendly practice. The staff are always very pleasant, always have a good chat and a laugh with them all. Nice relaxing waiting area.
An excellent practice staffed by caring professional people. I've been looking for a replacement practice after my previous dentist left the country and East Street Surgery is, for me, a worthy successor. Dr Klare is considerate, caring and gets things done. The staff, from the reception onward are just as caring. If you were looking for a surgery and happened to be at all nervous then this place will fit the bill. There is parking nearby and e mail communications , including reminders, are top drawer. Highly recommended.
At age over 70 and having only my second extraction I was very nervous. I was put completely at ease. The procedure was quick and simple and I felt virtually no pain, during and afterwards
Amazing dental practice, very friendly staff, they check about any anxieties before treatment which is excellent. They have gone out of their way to accommodate me for appointments and get my mouth back to good health. The receptionist, hygienist and Dr Kaur are all amazing, I cannot recommend this dentist enough
Had two fillings with a friendly and warm dentist and a teeth cleaning which was amazing. Great staff and amazing service.
Very friendly, I am really scared of dentist always have been but go regularly and they are so considerate and understand always reassure me, I'm 58
my previous dentist did not do a thorough check of my mouth at a general check-up. However, since becoming a patient at this practise, this is done and I feel confident that all is well.
Well, it all started off great but, potential customers beware! No empathy or understanding from receptionist at all. And like most private dentists, THEY KNOW HOW TO CHARGE AND LOVE MONEY! We will not be going back!
