My family and I have been removed from this practices books after being loyal patients for over 10 years and all because we missed a couple of appointments (were going through a very stressful time and forgot an appt made weeks earlier!). No warning or a chance to explain or apologise. We had been extremely patient when they were going through various changes over those years resulting in them cancelling our appointments due to no dentist. It's a shame they couldn't have been as understanding with us as we were with them! I'm disgusted!

The practice is clean and modern and fine for adults but I took my 5  year old boy there and he was told he needed a filling. Put aside the shock and awe that my son, who eats very little sugary things and doesn't even know what coke is needed it, he was worried. The dentist seemed seemed to have zero appreciation of how to treat a child. My boy was scared and the dentist didn't explain anything he was doing. He blasted some air in his mouth, he wasn't expecting it and it petrified him. The dentist then went on the verbally scald him and belittle him saying he would have to be referred to community for sedation. After chasing this for over a week then being told by community that he should never have been referred it is clear this dentist is not suitable for children. Community stated they get referrals like this when dentists can't be bothered to put the effort into worried children. It's the easy route. Two weeks later and our boy is in pain and scared rigid of dentists now. Is it any wonder people don't go when his first experience went like this. I mentioned my concerns to the receptionist and have heard nothing. They seem to not care. Shame, I actually liked the place and recommended it but not if they treat my children like they've been naughty for being a bit anxious.

I was extremely happy with the service I received at Old manor surgery . The staff were welcoming and helpful and the Dentist was professional and did an outstanding job. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone... If you want to recieve excellent dental work from people that care this is the best place to go.

The dentists are great however the practice manager is appalling. 
Having only just read the reviews I am taking comfort from the fact several other people have reviewed the same facts that if you dare to question something you simply get struck off the list! 
10 months I was registered and not a single element of my treatment completed despite numerous visits. The complicating factor was the awful practice manager. 
Such a shame as all other aspects are lovely.

A lovely surgery. Dr Ouali was very professional and helpful. He provided me with different options and was quick and the results were immediate. I had two crowns to be done . I would recommend the surgery to anyone who likes an efficient dentist
