Amazing Dental Practice from start to finish. All staff are friendly, helpful and kind. My Dentist and Nurse were fantastic and thorough. I personally would not go anywhere else. I trust this Practice
Been trying to get an NHS dentist appointment for a whole year now. When I have rang I get told they have no dentists and am on a waiting list. Not heard anything. I get asked if I am in pain, that is the only way I can get seen. Basically have to wait for my teeth to decay before I can get my teeth seen to. Been going to this dentist since I was a baby. Not looking like it’s very well run with the new owners. Receptionists don’t answer the phones. Have to leave messages to get rung back. Last locum dentist that did my teeth didn’t complete my filling correctly and I had to come back for further work.
Bupa Dental Care have some of the friendliest and calming staff I've met. Its incredibly helpful for me as I have pretty bad anxiety and they are incredibly empathetic and very welcoming. Highly reccommended
Great friendly experience during the pandemic. Decent parking. The door is locked on arrival so you knock and they take you through straight away after temp checks & quick 3 covid related questions. Everything was extremely clean and they are all really friendly. Sue the hygienist was great and thorough and she talked through everything she was doing & gave advice on areas I needed to work on
Really positive experience at this practice. Polite and helpful staff all round from reception to dentists. Dentists treatment is amazing and they always make you feel they have all the time for you.
Not been to the dentist for a long time don’t like them. The staff are cheerful and were very understanding and helpful, I was put at ease, and they are very informative of what they are doing and what would suit me for the near future.
First class in every respect from start to finish! Great individuals coming together as a team which is rarely seen these days. Well done!! :
I came for a appointment after a long time not seeing a dentist and the staff treated me with the utmost respect and kindness
The service and professionalism that I received from the dentist was fantastic and I will use the practice again
