Absolutely useless jobsworths I had an appointment here that I couldn't attend due to a family emergency and they removed me from their register because I "didn't give them 24 hours notice of the family emergency"

VERY OFFHAND.  I HAVE BEEN TO THIS DENTIST FOR MANY YEARS AND THEY ADVISED THAT AS I HAD NOT BEEN SINCE 2012 (WHICH ( DISPUTE) THEY WOULD NEED TO RE-REGISTER ME.  I WAS THEN INFORMED THEY WERE FULL AND WOULD NOT BE RE-REGISTERING.  VERY, VERY UNHELPFUL AND COULD NOT HAVE CARED LESS WHEN I QUERIED THE POINT.  NO ALTERNATIVE PRACTICE OFFERED.  I AGREE WITH THE OTHER REVIEW ABOUT THE RECEPTIONISTS.  THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN DIRE, BUT HAVE PUT UP WITH THIS AS THE DENTISTRY WAS FINE.

Because I hadn't been for a couple of years told I wasn't registered. They couldn't re-register me as they weren't taking any more patients. I explained I had an abscess but they didn't care, I asked about an emergency dentist was given an out of hours number I could ring after 5pm. Absolutely useless!

I came today 26/6/17 to have a tooth extraction and 2 fillings .i was so nervous !! I was treated with the most care and patience.i honestly felt no pain .and i highly recommend this practice .lovely people .thank you x
