I signed up to your practice in April 2022 after having had a one off treatment from Clifton Wan in January last year. I signed up because I was so impressed. I had been travelling back to Sutton before that since 2012 when I moved here,to my previous dentist. I definitely made the right decision. I have had excellent experience all round. Everyone I have met in Abbots Lodge is so polite and friendly. Thank you.

Thank you so much for the excellent dental care they you have always given me over the last three years. Your professional expertise, communication skills and compassion for a very nervous patient has always been greatly appreciated. The staff are all extremely helpful. Abbots Lodge and Ferring Dental Practice both have a warm friendly atmosphere. I could not recommend them highly enough!  .

I have been receiving treatment from Joey for the past year since moving into the area. On each occasion he clearly explains what needs to be done and will often give a number of options  to chose from  , his calm and warm personality makes me feel at ease, on every occasion the treatment which I have received has been excellent.I had a bridge tooth done 6 months ago which has been very successful. I wish It was a joke, thinking of coming here for peace of mind and top care at premium cost?  Don’t bother, the service here is shocking. Paid a lot of money, I felt more than ever that I can never go back to a dentist due to treatment by Clifton.  Poorly managed time slots, no apologies , it seems the customer is what makes the business has been lost here. Having had a bad experience with a hygienist previously it was a big step for me to go to my appointment today. I have to say Petrina has restored my confidence, she was understanding & put me at ease as soon as I 'reluctantly' got in the chair. She was so gentle and kind........ now I can't wait for my next 6 month appointment as my teeth feel amazing. Thank you.

The best dental practice I've been to. A calming environment which makes a difference as a patient. Yanni puts you at ease, explains all your care and treatment plan, giving helpful preventative advise. The whole team are friendly. So pleased I've registered as a patient and would highly recommend this practice for expert care and professionalism.
