One star because you can't give less!!
I initially requested a Valuation by email because i couldn't get through on the phone, nobody got back to me, which now seems like a blessing
I've called to look at several properties, and as long as you can fit into their schedule your OK  but never when you want to view,
After putting in an offer on a property i received no feedback until I called them two weeks later to be told that the property had now sold although you wouldn't know it from their website because it is still shown as available two weeks after being told it was sold.(and still is shown as available) 
Good luck to anyone wishing to sell a property with them.
Hopefully your property will sell itself. (but you'll still have to pay them)

I found that all the staff at Robert Ellis were very personable and highly professional. A good sense of humour was also very much appreciated.  I was kept fully up to date throughout the advertising period and sale. Always a stressful time, Robert Ellis staff made the experience as stress free and pleasurable as possible. Many thanks once again to Mark and all the staff.

Poor customer care and support. I know estate agents can be sharp but this agency is very sharp. The staff typically ignored all questions and gave misleading information on property descriptions. Avoid.

Never dealt with a company who avoided replying to emails and telephone messages as much as these. Sent several enquiries about good properties, very happy to see some of these are still advertised a month and a half after my enquires! AVOID.

Everything goes a bit slow (the application took a while) , but till now we got all the issues sorted . Hopefully things will get better and better. Good luck
