Whitegates in Sherwood are managing agents for several of our properties. Have found all in the office to be professional, reliable and friendly. They are easy to get hold of and react quickly. We also know the tenants like dealing with them. Tracy and Lisa in particular have been very helpful with their experience, knowledge and attentiveness. Highly recommended.

The team were amazing we’d highly recommend them. We had no end of problems with the people buying our house, Olivia was absolutely amazing at sorting everything for us & must have made no end of phone calls & emails to try to hurry things along. We really can’t thank you enough Olivia, I’m sure you’re just as glad it’s all finally completed as we are!!! Thanks again for all the help it’s much appreciated xx

Olivia has been an amazing help in what turned out to be a protracted purchase of our flat. She chased up both sets of solicitors and offered sensible solutions to overcome their obstacles. Olivia was the person we turned to the most for up to date information and depended on to help lean on the solicitors. We both feel that we would probably still be banging our heads on that brick wall without Olivia's help and persistence. Thank you Olivia, you're a star x

I have had the best experience from start to finish, I am not from the area where I purchased my investment property but Paul and Olivia were fantastic in making sure I was well informed through out the process. I would recommend team Paul and Olivia anytime !!!! I am looking forward to my next journey with their guide. Well done Guys

Utterly incompetent. Do not rent through this agency. Whenever something went wrong with the property, it took weeks to get fixed, we were left without hot water and heating in February for over 2 weeks, and I had to report them to Environmental Health before they fixed it. We also were left for 3 weeks without a washing machine. Despite me leaving the house in a better condition than I found it, they have withheld my deposit. They charge high admin fees, that do not reflect their input. Whitegates should come with a warning.
