Amazing family run holiday park. Nothing is too much trouble. Especially clean and well laid out. We love it here and have been going here sit 13 years.

Nice and quiet holiday Park. We enjoyed it because there is no club house and we like to explore the area. The park is welcoming and you can join in with outdoor games and contribute to barbecues and community spirit if you want to. The park has a nice pool, playground, small essentials shop and laundrette. Locally there is an Asda and Tesco, plus fast food outlets.

Fantastic site, we have spent 10 days here in static holiday home. The accommodation is a very high standard and it was spotless when we arrived- a big well done to the cleaning staff. The whole site is clean, tidy and someone is around if you need anything, reception could not be more helpful. Swimming pool enjoyed by us all, quiet games room great addition to the site, laundry very reasonable (£3 per wash) free ironing. Nice local walks and mevagissy and St Austell nearby. Thank you

Great out of season value, caravans are very cosy. Plenty to do around the holiday park and there's a regular bus service to St Austell. Highly recommended.

Three of us have just spent a week at River Valley. We found the static caravan clean and surprisingly spacious. There was even a tray of milk, teabags and biscuits on our arrival. The staff were friendly and helpful with lots of information at the reception/shop. It is a very well kept site and the indoor heated pool was a bonus. There are some pleasant off road walks accessed directly from the site.
