We visited during the Easter holidays and I was very impressed by everything the gardens had to offer. Despite clearly being a very busy time queues were not too long, and the gardens did not seem at all overcrowded. The signage and layout of the gardens makes it easy to get around and discover new areas. Although the weather hasn't been great this year, and there's been a lot of rain, there was still a lot to see and it was fascinating to learn about the history and restoration. I felt it was also very good vale for money, and would recommend for visitors with or without children.

Family and dog friendly. Plenty of parking. Great easter activities. Beautiful birds and animals. Great photo opportunities. Rope bridge great, although dog was disappointed when the kids went across it without him! The further you walk just remember its all uphill on the way back. Pasties and drinks good and priced fairly.

A truly stunning place. A lot of it is wheelchair friendly, the Northern Gardens for instance. This includes plots for flowers, vegetables and fruit. Other parts are for the fitter and more adventurous, such as the Burmese rope bridge and the Lostwithiel Valley. Children are not only welcomed but are catered for with all sorts of activities. The Lost Gardens of Heligan cannot be adequately described in a short review, you must see it for yourself.

Beautiful place. Lovely gardens and plants. Great for kids too - play places, animals and child friendly. Good for dogs too - on the lead but dog friendly. Good variety of food and drink places. Plant shop and extensive gift shop

It's such a beautiful place!! I would happily go back again! It's also absolutely massive so you probably wouldn't be able to do it all in one day. They've got animals as well, 2 horses, pigs, sheep, a turkey, goats. Great place to have a picnic!😄👌🏽
