All you can eat meat that gets brought to your table and cut in front of you and unlimited salad bar with roast potatoes and cauliflower cheese.... I mean what else could you want, amazing !!Food: 5/5
The food is great, but don't expect a quiet evening out. We couldn't here ourselves think! Nice if you like a rowdy atmosphere.Food: 3/5
Wasn't quite what we were expecting after going to other similar venues. It had a bit of a funny smell between meat and demestos. Some of the meats were extremely salty. Although some others were very nice too. Don't assume the small croquette shaped things have potato in.. haha nope.. smooshy warm plantain/banana in the middle was a surprise to our bland british eyes and pallet. Lovely cocktails
OMG, the food is divine. The service is very good and the waiters who carve the meat at your table are so charming. You can eat until you can't cram another morsel of food in. The only thing I found slightly awkward was having to go downstairs to top up my salad, but that is a very minor thing. All in all, a really good place, though not for vegetarians. Vegetarian options: The salad bar and hot sides are vegetarian, but the star of the show is the selection of meats.
Loved this little gem. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Buffet was of an excellent high standard. Choice of meats were plentiful and tasted amazing. Would definitely return. Parking: There are a number of spots at the back of the resturant. We went on a Sunday lunchtime. It was about £5 for 3 hours.
A perfect meal. All the staff were very helpful and inviting. The chiefs are legends, I have been here a lot over the years but this visit was the best I've had. Every single thing was cooked to perfection, there is no better way to have everything! Left very very happy and wanting to return. Thank you.
I went here on a Thursday for a birthday, and couldn't believe I had been before. The meat on offer was delicious, and the salad bar was all fresh. Much better than what's on offer at spoons, and a much more pleasant environment. Would highly recommend as a get together location for the 'lads'
Had a belated valentine's day dinner with my better half yesterda, and we both thoroughly enjoyed the ambience and food. My wife enjoyed all the different meats freshly sliced from the skewers at the table by the chefs. I enjoyed the cold salad bar around 14 different options plus the hot food available. The cooked bananas and lasagne were especially good. I must admit as it is all you can eat, we did fill our plates 3 times each. There was just so much that looked and tasted so good that you could not help going back time after time. Staff are polite, attentive, and cheerful but not overbearing. Very reasonably priced, definitely good value for money. I can thoroughly recommend this restaurant.
Returned to rios recently after a while away. We loved it and still love it. Its a firm favourite and I highly recommend. The chefs are so nice and fun. The food is delicious. They know how to bbq! They are happy to cook your meats rare/well done if you ask and they are very sweet and thoughtful because they REMEMBER what your favourite is. I've seen them do this many times not just with myself and I appreciate them a lot for their care! Even when they are busy they often remember. The salad bar and help yourself station is great and I've always found it well stocked and fresh. The sangria pitcher we always have is so good. I can't fault it at all. If you haven't been, you should!
Called in on a trip to Ipswich. As soon as we got in, the smell hit us! Smelled like someone had thrown up and it hadn't been cleaned up yet. Put us right off. Food was okay but not great. Staff were polite until we went to pay then it was like they couldn't get us out quick enough. The place was mostly empty.Food: 3/5
