A group of seven who pre ordered ate here last night. The place had a nice atmosphere and great decor. Not particularly busy for a Friday night. The food was tasty and portions fairly generous. The presentation of the food was not great. Its is a pricey place to visit but not bad if you manage to get a deal. Staff were friendly. Unfortunately our bill was wrong - we were charged for meals we hadn't had. The error was rectified but it did take a fair while to sort! I will return but not if I had to pay full price.
We had a couple of ok dishes but the waitress was seriously rude. To the point my child asked why the waitress was acting like a parent telling off her kid when I was a paying customer. The salmon dish I ordered was so oily I was literally soaking up the oil from my plate with napkins and then tipping the plate to find another puddle of oil! After about 3 or 4 times I took a photo of the oil still pooling. We've never been back, and we probably never will.
We usually go this chain for breakfast at Stansted but thought we'd try our local branch for lunch. The place has a nice atmosphere and welcoming staff. The staff are also very efficient and attentive. The food is ok and nice but not top notch. It's what you expect from a chain restaurant.
Excellent cocktails I recommend the Zoom and the food is always good. Service is a bit more relaxed than some of its neighbours so more time to sit and chill. Also, don't forget to download the app for vouchers the day before you go
This place serves really good food. The Atmosphere is also really nice with an American theme. Staff are really kind and really helpful as they would every now and then come and check to see if we needed anything. Overall, I was really pleased with my visit.
I came here for a work meal. The food was good, I ordered from the christmas menu, a tomato and harissa paste soup quite spicy, the brie-gan burger and the berry sundae. I was surprised that Coast to Coast offered vegan options, but was glad these dishes were all vegan.
Always very good food with amazing service, would recommend to anyone! Can't fault!

Taste is good and place is wonderful. Can have a late dinner over there after work is the best thing!
Service was pretty good but the food rather mediocre. I had the wing & rib combo bit the wings were hard, overcooked & difficult to chew, almost like they'd been deep fried earlier then nuked too long in the microwave. I'll give em their due they did rectified it immediate and the second serving was better. It could also be down to the fact that it was a very quiet night & on a busier night the food might be fresher. Will reserve judgement yo a second visit!!
