My boyfriend and I went for an early 5pm meal. We were surprised to see how busy it already was at that time! Busy, but not overly busy to the point you can't relax. By 17:08 we had our first dish and drinks had already been delivered. The food is really very tasty and much better than you would get in the self service chinese buffets that are around in town. Service was excellent, we weren't waiting long for any of our dishes or drinks. Also, the price for what you get is very reasonable, slightly more expensive than the self service buffets but worth it!
I went here recently for my birthday and there was 10 of us. The food was cooked to order, the waiter was brilliant and the service was amazing. I had a special birthday 'gift' from the waiter ... banana fritter and a happy birthday song which made me laugh so much and the restaurant joined in. Made it a laugh and special. Would go again.
An excellent night out. Food was amazing as always and full of variety. 2x birthdays which from an atmosphere point of view made it fun those that know, know! Staff were exceptional and attentive as well and the chefs are amazing. We had 27 in our group and had opted for the buffet we just asked for variety and to keep it coming which they did. A brilliant, tasty, funny and engaged night out. Well done Mister Wing! Vegetarian options: One of out group is vegetarian and when this was pointed out the chef cooked a whole menu choice for her - absolutely brilliant!
Love Mr Wings, I'm Celiac so it's great that they have food especially Gluten free that I can eat. Nothing is too much trouble. Actually booked in on my birthday to go with a party of 10 family members. Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian options available. Dietary restrictions: They cater for Celiacs, so Gluten Free, also Dairy free aswell as many other allergies to food. Parking: Car parks within walking distance under minutes away. Kid-friendliness: All family members are welcome Young to old
Ate here late night for the first time, wanted to try this place for ages and finally did. Did not disappoint! Lovely food and service and reasonably priced too.Food: 5/5
If I had gone to eat there, I would probably have given them five stars. But I didn't go to eat, I went to collect a takeaway. I ordered and paid online but when I went it wasn't ready. No big deal you think, just wait like in all the other takeaways. Trouble is, they don't have a waiting area. They suggested I sit at a table in the restaurant and wait, so I did, for the next ten to fifteen minutes. But the restaurant was full of eating in customers, I was the only person waiting and watching a hundred others eat their meals. Dressed like a building site labourer I felt like a right sore thumb, I was hungry and being tortured by having to smell and see everyone else eating theirs. I won't be getting a takeaway from them again, which is a shame because the food was really good. Next time we will either eat in the restaurant or get a takeaway somewhere else.
Well firstly I do not want to say anything bad regarding the staff there where very good very perlite and attentive. But as for the restaurant not so good.... need of renovation comes to mind, marks all over the wall dents ect, I do judge places by there decor and hygiene. Going to the toilet is like a health risk in its self, In the Ladies NONE of the toilets flushed floor filthy stained no hand towel, Mens loo well ive seen cleaner truck stops!!! Wee bleached floors no toilet roll no hand towel. This is after walking past a stock room/dump corridor. And after all that advertising states £26 per head then charged £27?? On a large table of people that's not a bad profit!!!! Over a night must work out nicely for them. So sadly I will not be returning or recommending Mr Wings.
Couldn't fault it one bit. Came here for a party of 11 and they catered very well. Catered for the child with us and done different foods without sauces on for him. The food was brilliant more than enough for everyone. Mixed Hors d'oeuvres, followed by a duck and pancake course. Then onto main dishes. It was brilliant and I can't wait to come back. Vegetarian options: There is a whole vegetable section on the menu. Kid-friendliness: Catered for my nephew very well
Service was great, quick and accurate. Ordered dishes from a la carte menu and they were tasty.
Had a great time celebrating our works Christmas party. We all really enjoyed ourselves, the food was excellent & the service outstanding, can't wait to come again Food: 5/5
