I was “only looking” for a pair of trainers. Both lady assistants were very friendly and helpful. They were eager for me to actually buy the ones I liked but in a very friendly and “jokey” way. I am at home now about to phon3 to ask them to reserve them for me. A good experience which makes on3 feel welcome and important. Excellent!
I am so impressed with the staff at this store. I popped in a couple of weeks ago just to browse, but asked about something I had seen on the website which was out of stock online just in case store stock was different. They confirmed they wouldn't have anything different. I needed to try on a different size shoe, at which point one of the ladies starting asking me about the shoes I had enquired about earlier - what was the style etc. She then went back to the storeroom, & came back with a pair of the exact shoes I wanted! She knew exactly what she'd got in stock it was the size that clinched it for her & went looking for them. She had them in 2 colours - need I say that I bought both pairs, plus the sandals I was trying on at the time! I love this shop & can't recommend it highly enough
Terrible product knowledge and customer service. Didn't know any of the sizing and repeatedly told me shoes werent in stock which i then found on shelf. Expected more from a dedicated store...you should know your stock and sizing! Bad attitude from one of the staff members. If you want to buy reiker go to another shop to get it.
Did not like shop assistants attitude was looking for shoes for my mum when I walked in with mask and already sanitised from leaving shop next door hands still damp. Picked up a pair of shoes she said "we don't like people touching our shoes" ok fine didn't like way in which she said it. Awful attitude in this current climate. Went next door to HOF and purchased from Dune where lady was more than happy for me pick up and look and more importantly purchase. With an attitude like that there will be no shoes to pick up as no shop!
Very pleasant and helpful staff. The shoe/boot range is great but a little disappointed with the seeming limited size range e.g. not much 11+ 47.
Always enjoy visiting Solihull Shop. Always very welcoming and helpful. Usually spend more than I should but I LOVE the shoes. The staff encourage me but we do have a good time. Love it
Love my boots but miserable staff
Firstly can l say amazing customer service from the solihull rieker store. Rose and her team go over and above to help you chose the right pair of shoes . They always make me feel welcome and that is the important parts of sales ,well done to you all ,you are truly lovely people!! Lee from studley
It's nearly 7yers now i love there shoes very comfortable and stylish I'm so happy wit them .if i talk about the all the staff very nice and helpful .
Nice, friendly and helpful staff. Not pushy. Great quality footwear.
