Visited the store today for the first time. Ryan was super welcoming & helpful with me & explained everything I needed to know. I felt a little out of my depth but now I’d happily go back there. Great customer service!
Recently got into the hobby, costed the Solihull store and I was really blown away by the level of customer service I received. Ryan was extremely knowledgeable, enthusiastic and really helpful! He helped me pick out some paints for my Ultramarines, alongside some brushes - he shared a load of tips and tricks on how to get them battle ready and had me leaving the store feeling really confident in how to paint my minis! If you want any help with Warhammer, Ryan is your guy! He’s a credit to the company!

Today was my first ever game of 40k and I had the pleasure of learning to play at the Solihull store. A particular highlight of my experience was staff member, Ryan. He was friendly, welcoming, and seemed to be genuinely excited to introduce me to the gaming side of the hobby. On top of this, Ryan was quick to offer rules clarifications, tactical advice, and compliments on paint schemes without being intrusive and overbearing. I would wholeheartedly recommend any new or curious potential players to check this store out, and cannot thank Ryan enough for his help.

The store has plenty of Games workshop models and a the full range of paints. Ryan the store manager couldn't be more helpful. Recommend to anyone interested or getting into warhammer
Ryan is a superb manager with exceptional interpersonal skills who has a genuine interest in his new customers and regulars alike. I would recommend a trip to Warhammer Solihull to any new or veteran enthusiasts as it's a great store with a great feel.
I went in with my 3rd eddition tyranid codex wanting to start warhammer. Had a little lool around. Ryan, politley noticed my codex, and was very joyful and humble. He talked about coulor schemes and helped me alot with a few tips on painting my tyranid army. He also talked about events amd new releases. When i left i felt content and exited about my hobby in warhammer 40k. My dad said he is an asset to that company and he he deserves a promotion or payrise.
The games work shop was great, organised into what platforms you had. I was looking for PS3 singstar and I actually found a Motown game. In good condition, I could also return the game if it didn't play. Staff were really helpful, and stored my receipt electronically, in case I lost my receipt and wanted to return the disc. We playedyed this game over the festive period and had hours of fun.
