Beautiful clothing, but not so beautiful service, the staff member who served me today (tall mixed race lady short hair) didn't smile or give me any eye contact, she snottily told me they don't refund, only exchange up to 30 days, instead of giving me proper customer service, she was more bothered about watching my twin 2 year old nieces, panicking that they were going to damage their Precious clothing!, so I said the clothing is beautiful, but I won't be going back to have sub standard customer service,i think they should invest in some staff training on customer service.
