After waiting patiently for the customers in front of me to be served, I was pleased to hear the greetings and suggestions made by the cashier, to the customers to post their comments on line about the service they received. He took the time to ask all the relevant questions and as they walked off he bode them 'good bye' with a smile.......However, my husband and I were not greeted in any form, were not offered the opportunity to post our comments and after taking our money he did not even say Good bye. Now I do not want to say it is because we are black, but one questions how and why he did not feel the need to be as courteous to us as he was to his white counterpart?

Mohammed in the men's suit department was very friendly and helpful to my Dad and I when purchasing a smart navy suit. Mohammed had the knowledge when finding the correct size suit for my Dad.

In all honesty I would never have shopped at M&S thinking it's for a higher age band. I was wrong! The line of clothes on sale are fantastic! 80% of the clothes I now wear are M&S and I'm not disappointed by the quality, the stitching and the price is reasonable. Quality comes at a price but not so eye watering like other high street department stores. The clothes are very fashionable and smart and every time I've bought something from here I'm never regretted it but now recommend it to others. Staff are a very friendly bunch.

It's Marks'. You get what you expect - decent quality and great staff who are happy to be there.
