Just taken our elderly aunt shopping for a suit for a wedding...the lady in the Jaeger department was so helpful and patient and couldn't have done anymore to help us. Thank you so much

I like the layout of this store. The mens department is a good place to shop. The restaurant on the top floor is a good place to eat and drink to without being too expensive.

Bought a men's suit rrp £350. Fell apart before wearing it, store not interested in resolving. Avoid the men's suit department very unimpressed. Avoid #hof. #paulcostello. Not worth the money.

Store gets emptier every time I visit. Still they insist it's not closing. I have grave doubts myself. All the big names have disappeared
