I love this place! the interior is lovely. a comfortable bar area with woodburner where my dog can be with us and have treats. There is a gorgeous lounge, one of 3, with comfy sofas for coffee or afternoon tea. We have meals in the bar where the menu is almost the same as the more formal restaurant. Food is always tasty and the staff are friendly and helpful. As the Inn is on the edge of a river there is a nice river walk and view. Had a great dairy free pizza here😀. Last weekend. Goats cheese spinach and caramelised onion. Very well presented 👍.

This was a place our team chose to hold a catch up business meeting. Ambience good. Importantly the WiFi was available and stable. Staff were attentive and responsive. Lunch meal options were varied and sounded tempting. When chosen the food arrived with minimal delay, was well cooked and delightfully presented. Yes, it would be a good choice again for us in 2018

In need of a cup of coffee we were welcomed in, together with our dog, to sit in one of the lounges. Coffee and hot chocolate arrived promptly and were served with a smile. Recommended for a brief coffee stop, or more.

Breakfast fantastic. A stones throw from the river Ant. Lovely spot for fishing.
