I have never been before, but they were soo nice!

The staff at the Summit Ann Taylor store know how to provide great customer service.  I was cheerfully greeted as I entered the store. As I looked and shopped someone would offer assistance. Catherine was a huge help finding and recommending the right cut according to body shape, as I was buying for my daughter  who was not with me.  Lauren rang up my order. She offered a gift receipt and wrapped my purchases separately from my gifts.  Other customers were being helped also and the positivity and efficiency of the staff seemed to spread throughout the store.  All in all the it was an extraordinary shopping experience!

Awful customer service. I only shop here because I like the brand. At my last visit I stood several minutes at the counter while the manager went over what sounded like the previous weeks sales numbers with an associate. Both of the looked at me. Neither verbally acknowledged me. When the associate finally asked me if I was ready to check out she seemed to be quite irritated. Not sure if by me or her manger. It’s pretty much the same at every visit over the past year.

My favorite place to shop for women's clothes. You won't be disappointed. The workers were super helpful.

I love Loft this was my first time to this store. It was as horrible no one said hello.  The associate ignored me if I didn’t need clothes for a new job I would have left without purchasing anything.

Clothes are fine and deals are to be had. However, I was asked if I wanted to sign up for a rewards program, was specifically told it was not a credit card I asked twice, only to find out I had been signed up for a credit card from them. Woman straight up lied to me. Not cool and will be returning my purchase/complaining/whatever.

When I looked up Maternity Shops near me it brought up Loft. Said it was a Maternity Shop..... I walk in and it's all clothes for non pregnant women and has petite sized clothing.

Love LOFT, but the service here wasn't great. If there was another one nearby, I'd visit it next time.

Nice store. Helpful staff. Great shopping experience!
