Had such a fun night here last Friday. Really chilled atmosphere and great 80s tunes. Special thanks goes to Kyle, the assistant manager, for exceptional customer service! Highly recommend this place for a night out with mates.Service: 5/5
Had a, fab night here in a Saturday. The vibe was great and zero trouble. Music is on point too. Drinks are half price until 8pm however it might take a while to get served. However, the staff were friendly.
I had such a great night in here! Staff are friendly and welcoming! The atmosphere was awesome as the Dj played lots of top hits! Great for all ages!Service: 5/5
I walked from Coyote with two other guys I met in coyote to this club on Friday and the racist security guy let the two white guys in while telling me I need to pay the 6 pound entry fee, of course he lied and said the guys have been in before which is so Untrue. No one deserves to be treated that way. Picking me out of a group to pay cos I am black is borderline and blatantly racist. nothing is probably gonna change but I’ll still say it and hopefully other people of color can see this and go somewhere else before they are bounced just for breathing and daring to have fun while Not white .
We booked the karaoke room for my friends birthday, it was a really good experience. We had a lot of fun in the room and were offered drinks packages which were appreciated.Food: 5/5
I was thrown out and barred by the bully bouncers because I had a plastic bottle of vodka. It is not illegal to take your own drink and I was spending lots of money at the bar but they acted like I had committed a major crime and over reacted to it! They also poured away the rest of the contents of the bottle in front of me as insult to injury. I was very unfairly treated.
The music's WAY too loud - tinnitus flor 5 days. More expensive than other nearby venues, and you need to pay to get in.
The booth experience is so much better than previous years I felt really looked after will be booking for my girlfriends birthday in a few months ‼Service: 5/5

REFLEX, BIRMINGHAM --- I was out with friends in the city, and they refused to accept my ID. Just because it was Norwegian. ---And the bouncers are behaving rudely towards the guests. ⏱
