I moved the management of my property to Reeds Rains a couple of months ago after a bad experience with a previous agent and I am very glad I made the move. All the staff are professional and most importantly handle all matters efficiently and promptly which is invaluable. I was very impressed at how quickly and smoothly they were able to checkout my previous tenant and found a new one in record time! Sophie and Ben have been wonderful in keeping me informed of progress at every stage of the old and new tenancy and look forward to continuing to do business with them. I highly recommend this agency.

We booked a financial mortgage assessment appointment and found Nick and Emily very professional and well organised.  The appointment was very helpful and gave a lot of insight into buying our next property.  Nick made us very welcome and has great customer service skills.

Sophie did the fastest turn around ever. I think she must have won some sort of letting agent award as she managed to get me moved in in one day. And it was a Saturday.
