I have used Quay Property both for sale of my own property and to rent another. I got a better than market price and a rapid sale for my sale thanks to Sara’s and H’s expertise, and was really impressed as I had negative experiences with other agents on the quays. The renting and viewing process was so easy and I got to move in really quickly- the paperwork was all done electronically which was perfect for me. Moving out process was straightforward too. I can not recommend Quay property strongly enough.

I used Quay Property Estate Agents for the marketing and sale of my apartment in Salford Quays last year. The property was sold within only 2 weeks of marketing and at the full asking price; I couldn't have asked for a better service! My dealings with Sara in particular were excellent. Her energy and enthusiasm definitely helped secure a handful of viewings, offers and ultimately a sale, all within a very short timeframe. The whole sale process was a pleasure as Sara always kept me up to date with developments without me having to chase. I would thoroughly recommend using Quay Property Estate Agents for your own sale or letting requirements; you won't be disappointed.

Quay properties did a great job for me as a managing agent. Sara provided support and advice when I was getting my place ready for rent and found me suitable and agreeable tenants. She and her staff managed the property better than I would have myself, as if it was their own! I would highly recommend this agency for value for money, friendly service, managing the property once let and for finding the right tenants.

When we moved to Manchester from overseas a couple of years ago, we didn't think the real estate person (Sara) FaceTiming to show us a property would also be the person who would help us to buy where we were renting. Sara and H helped to push through our sale, navigate the nuances of a British home purchase, kept us informed (they were on the ball) and made it a much simpler experience than any of the agents we had tried to work with previously to put offers on alternate properties (renting and buying). I'd thoroughly recommend Quay Properties and the team there for either renting our buying, as both have been great experiences for us, where we felt that we were being taken care of and treated really well.

I contacted H as had seen a few properties that Quay Properties had advertised on-line. From my first contact, H was professional, knowledgable, and helpful, with good communication throughout the process. H had suggested a higher marketing price than another well established agent. I was slighly sceptical to start that this was a way of winning my business. However a conversation with H gave me confidence that he understood the market well, and could achieve the price he had stated. The property was sold at the marketed price, well above what another agent had suggested. H's communication with me and the buyer was good and helpful throughout. I have no hesitation in recommended H.
