Want to say thank you for your help 
i was looking for a flat for about 6 months and when i went to Taylor Jackson estate agents they got me a flat explained everything and they was very welcoming and I moved out yesterday and it was nice smooth and when i asked for help they helped me straight away thank you to all the staff

Couldn't have asked for anything more the staff went out of their way to help me find somewhere in time, I really don't see why people are putting negative reviews I never had a problem with them, the staff are amazing and go out of their way to help you, THANK YOU all so much

Lovely staff, made my experience really nice and easy, never had a problem with them, would recommend to anyone who is looking for a place, my accommodation was really nice, the staff was great when I called because my door handle broke they sent someone out and had it fixed within an hour.

Our student house was with Taylor Jackson for over a year and from day one they were the most unorganised and unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. When we first moved in the house smelt of fish, there was no door on the bathroom and there was evidence of drug use in the house. Over time, we were forced to go 6 weeks without an oven, as it was marked unsafe and they didn't send us out a new one, we had no hot water and were often contacted to say that we owed money that we had already paid. When we visited the office they were rude and unorganised, with packets of cigarettes on their desks and messy surroundings. They didn't keep any of our documents so had no idea how much rent we were due to pay, and when our land lord finally took us away from them we have been bombarded with emails asking us to sign agreements to cover their backs as they had nothing on paper.  Avoid at all costs.
