Myself and my partner are renting our first home together with Reeds Rains (Anchorage Quay Branch) and have received great customer service! We were shown around the apartment by Ian Jordan, who then helped us through the whole booking process and he was fantastic! Always prompt to reply to emails and very patient with my queries! I would highly recommend based upon current experience!

Laura at the Salford Quays branch was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Incredibly polite and understanding, incredibly knowledgeable in her duties and made the whole experience of selling my property actually trouble and stress free:) Highly, highly recommended!!! Hem

Ali is just exceptional - no ordinary property negotiator for sure! What makes him different is his professionalism (and of course his big and sincere smile). He tailors his service to his costumers, taking care of their needs whilst considering their background. His knowledge in properties around the area is very good. He is also extremely honest in providing opinions - very rare to find someone this neutral and of integrity in Estate and Letting. My experience with flat hunting was certainly made less stressful with the help of Ali. He's well deserved for a pay rise!

Just bought an apartment through Reeds Rains Salford Quays and received excellent customer care throughout the process. Laura was always helpful and very communicative. My opinion is that their staff are much more professional than many at other agencies in the area. Highly recommended.

I've been dealing for a couple a of years now with Reed Rains in Salford Quays and they're always been very professional and correct with all issues regarding my apt. Amber Tildesley has been always very helpful on handling all the issues between myself and my landlord. Highly recommend their services.
