Edit: the repaid was made for No. 10. However, we have rented two houses (No. 8 and No. 10) and we haven't got the part for No 8.

Horrible agent. We rented a house in Liverpool last year's May, and moved out in the last August. We haven't got the deposit back, and there's no communication or whatsoever from them. I emailed them for many many times and they never get back to me. 

Wouldn't recommend. The house is ok, but be careful with your money. It isn't worth the risk.

I was going to work for them in Salford as a administrator. 
The male managing director focused the interview on my martial status. Naturally i paused, he then repeated asking am i single or married. 
I was very shocked & looked at two other ladies present. 
It got worse & worse when i was told my administration duties were the bins, running to post office, & making brews. 
My pauses & face obviously told them my answer, I'm glad i never joined. I think they needed a office junior, non the wiser.

I rented a property from Mistoria with a group of my friends and I can not recommend them enough! The girls in the office are really nice and nothing is ever too much. 
After dealing with a couple of agents within the area, I would definitely say Mistoria were the best!!

Wouldn’t recommend renting a house from Mistoria. Had so much trouble with them, from mice to waiting months for money to be repayed to us. Claim that they will get things sorted for you and then they never follow through. I’ve had my housemates in tears after being on the phone to them, they don’t care about the tenants or the houses they rent out whatsoever. We still have mice now after 3 months and I suspect we will have the problem until the day we leave. 

Would also like to add that members of staff think it’s acceptable to walk into your property without knocking and proceed to be incredibly rude and dismissive when called up on it. Just because we are students doesn’t give them the right to do as they please. No respect or professionalism in the slightest. Avoid avoid avoid.

Had no problems at all with Mistoria. Property is good, the fact utilities are in with the price per week is amazing! Dealt with Mistoria Liverpool and they have been great. Although we've had no problems, everything is good. Would recommend to book with Mistoria.
