Brilliant communication with Melissa Stevens; she was more than happy to help me out with some personal living requirements too, which I greatly appreciate. Quick, professional and polite response, looking forward to moving in in September.

Good flats, pretty terrible management probably due to high staff turnover. Their account managers never have a clue what is going on and reply to emails after 2-3 weeks (if you're lucky and they've not quit yet). One of the most amusing interactions was that time one of their new account managers emailed us to confirm the amount of rent we were paying as he thought we were paying too much and into the wrong account. Maybe check the contract? Surely, it's not that difficult!

Went for a viewing at Eastbank Tower, Great building very family friendly. Alana showed us around and she was extremely professional and friendly. Would give it 10/10 if I could 😁

To be honest in the beginning the communication with X1 Lettings was quite poor. But after a couple of weeks Harry Sheehan became the new Account Manager. He is responding fast on emails, so I’m really pleased that he is our account manager. Furthermore, the apartment of media city in Manchester is great and the trams stops in front of the flat.
